Meet Tom...
My name is Tom Longua. After 16 years of counseling in a pastoral setting, I chose to pursue a Master’s degree and professional license in Marriage and Family Therapy through National University. I have recently completed my coursework, and I am delighted and grateful to be joining Dr. Flores and Prosper Therapy Co. for my practicum and internship.
Working with Tom, you are free to consider questions, such as:

-
What is your dream? Let's figure out what it takes to get there!
-
What does fulfillment feel like to you? What does it look like?
-
How can we collaborate together to help you achieve fulfillment?
-
Aside from what the world tells us, what does peace look like to you?
-
What do you want from/for yourself?
-
What do you want from/for the life you have?
I welcome all clients with a non-judgmental approach. My interest is in helping especially those with relationship struggles, anxiety, past traumas, compulsive behavior, and or poor self-image. My preferred tools are Narrative therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Emotionally Focused Therapy.
I believe positive relationships with ourselves and with others are key to our mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being. I look forward to helping clients find their strength, confidence, and happiness through building healthy relationships.
